# Find a missing or unexpected QF2Odoo result

> Check missing quotations, revised exports, stale master data and production statuses. Gather the references needed to resolve a QF2Odoo transfer.

If a QF2Odoo result is missing or unexpected, start with the QuotationFactory project reference and its Odoo quotation. Check the business state before exporting again.

## The quotation is missing

Confirm that the project was exported, then check the Odoo company and search by its source reference. In the optional workspace, **Current QF Projects** is the default filter. Remove it to include earlier or incomplete imports.

If an import reports an unknown customer, article or operation code, the responsible administrator must check the mapping. Do not substitute another record just to continue.

## QF says Ordered, but production has not started

This is expected if the Odoo quotation is still a draft. **Ordered** in QF does not confirm the Odoo quotation. Review its confirmation and the normal Odoo procurement and manufacturing rules.

## A changed export did not replace the confirmed order

Confirmed orders are protected. Look for the linked draft revision and compare the source content. An identical verified replay can reuse the existing result.

## Master data or prices differ

Check whether that exchange is enabled and whether QF has requested a new snapshot. Compare the configured price source and units, especially per-square-metre and per-sheet prices.

## A returned status looks wrong

Check whether status feedback is enabled and which mapping is configured. **Produced** requires all non-cancelled manufacturing orders to be done. **Delivered** can follow a partial outgoing delivery; inspect actual delivered quantities in Odoo.

## Information for support

Provide the QF project reference, Odoo quotation or order reference, affected company, observed result, expected result and exact visible error. Add the time of the relevant export or change. Keep credentials out of screenshots and messages.
